CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION FOR OUR COMPETITION

By participating, the user automatically accepts the conditions of participation.

(1) The organizer of this competition is Croozer GmbH, An der Hasenkaule 10, 50354 Hürth, Germany.

(2) All persons who have reached the age of 18 and are resident of European Union are eligible to participate.
Participation in this competition is only possible in accordance with these conditions of participation. Employees of Croozer GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participating in the competition.
Venue: Participation in the competition is automatic with personal participation in the survey at Eurobike 2024.
Prizes: 1x Croozer bike trailer of your choice
Conditions of participation: During the promotion period from Friday July 3rd to the end of July 9th 2024 you can take part in the competition under the following conditions:

• Participate in the survey at Eurobike 2024 at the Croozer stand.
  (3) Participation in the competition is free of charge and only possible once per person. Multiple entries are not possible and will result in the participant being excluded. Participation by other means is not possible. In the event of manipulation or attempted manipulation, the participant will be excluded from the competition. Any participant who participates or attempts to participate in this promotion with the intention of interfering with the implementation of the promotion in a manner which, in the reasonable opinion of Croozer GmbH, is contrary to these conditions of participation or is unfair to other participants due to the manner in which they participate, may be excluded from participation in this promotion at the sole discretion of Croozer GmbH. The decision of Croozer GmbH in relation to all matters is final and binding.

(4) The competition begins on July h3rd, 2024 and ends at the end of the day July 9th 2024. Registrations outside this period cannot be considered. A winner will be drawn at random from all participants. The winner will be notified of the prize by e-mail after the end of the competition and by July 19th 2024 at the latest__. If there is no response and the prize cannot be delivered, a new prize draw will take place after 7 days.

(5) The winner will receive a new Croozer of their choice (Vaaya, Keeke, Kalle, Pakko, Tuure, Enna, Mikke, Tammo - if available). The winner will receive more detailed information by e-mail. The winner is responsible for being eligible to accept the prize. The organizers will not provide any compensation for non-acceptance of the prize and may name a new winner in this case.
A distribution of the prize in cash is excluded.

(6) Premature termination of the promotion: Croozer GmbH has the right to terminate or cancel the promotion at any time at its own discretion. No claims can be derived from premature termination.

(7) Privacy policy: Croozer GmbH collects, processes and uses the personal data of participants in accordance with these conditions of participation for the purpose of conducting the competition and sending the necessary e-mails. Once the competition has ended, participants’ data* will be deleted or blocked, provided there is no obligation to retain it.

(8) Changes: Croozer GmbH expressly reserves the right to change or adapt these terms and conditions at any time with effect for the future. Participants will be informed of this in an appropriate place.

(9) Exclusion of legal recourse/jurisdiction/severability clause: Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively and, in the event of a dispute, the place of jurisdiction of Croozer GmbH. Should any of the above provisions of these conditions of participation be invalid or contain a loophole, the other provisions shall remain unaffected. Ineffective or incomplete provisions shall be maintained with an effective content that comes as close as possible to the meaning of the ineffective content.
