FAQ
When can my baby start travelling in a child trailer?
There is no generally binding rule as to how old your child should be. You know your baby best. Here is our recommendation: Thanks to the baby seat, the Croozer can be safely used as a buggy from the age of 1 month. From the time when the baby can lift and hold its head independently (from around 3 - 6 months), the Croozer can also be used as a bicycle trailer.
Where can I find spare parts for my bicycle trailer?
All spare parts that are not safety-related can be purchased via our online shop here. If you cannot find the spare part you are looking for in the list, you can order it via the contact form or from a specialist dealer near you. If you need a spare key, please include the key number marked on the drawbar.
Are Croozer child trailers safe?
Our child trailers comply with all globally applicable standards for bicycle trailers and pushchairs! They also have: a safe construction made of steel and aluminium, a wide wheelbase for maximum tipping safety and a rotating coupling axle, optimum visibility in road traffic, as well as many other safety features.
