For all other requests, feel free to use forms for different purposes (complaints, become dealer partner, cooperation requests) you will find onsite. We will review your request as soon as possible and get back to you by E-mail or for scheduled appointments by phone. Our Customer Service Team is available by phone Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 12:00 pm. For any request outside these service hours, please send an e-mail to consumer@croozer.com. We will respond to every enquiry within 2 working days. During the peak season in spring and summer, response times may be longer than usual due to increased demand. We appreciate your understanding.
