Warning against fake shops
Dear Croozer customer,
Online shops that appear to be selling our products at an unbeatable price are popping up all the time.
New fake shops we have been informed about:

If an online shop has the following features, caution is advised:
- Prepayment by bank transfer as the only payment option
- No common trust seals (e.g. Trusted Shops)
- Prices significantly lower than other online prices
- Imprint address not entered as a company on Google Maps or similar
These shops are not Croozer contractual partners - they sell, but will not deliver any goods.
If you want to be absolutely sure, please follow these steps:
- Take a look at the imprint of the online shop.
- Enter the postcode of the address given in the Croozer dealer search.
- Is the supplier listed? Then it is an official Croozer dealer.
- The provider is not listed? Then be careful - order from another online shop!
If you are unsure, please send an e-mail to kommunikation@croozer.com - we will be happy to check this for you. We would also be pleased to hear from you if you suspect a fake shop so that we can pass this information on to our lawyer. Thank you very much!
