• You support your colleague in processing complaints and represent him during his absences.
• You check and document incoming repair orders and check and coordinate returns from our online shop until the credit note is created.
• You will be responsible for carrying out and processing incoming goods inspections of all Croozer products in our warehouse and, if necessary, carrying out any necessary rework.
• With your high quality standards, you ensure that our customers and dealers are completely satisfied, while taking the cost aspect into account.
• You enter completed orders into the company's internal inventory management system - including information about required spare parts and time required.
• You will provide advice to colleagues in customer management on technical assessments and on the costs of possible repairs or credits.
• You support the marketing team in setting up and dismantling exhibition stands and the development team in carrying out product tests.
• Together with the team, you are responsible for the entire area of ​​responsibility of the service center.
