We are looking for a part-time employee in the accounting / human resources department as Payroll and personnel clerk (m/f/d)

part-time for our location in Hürth as soon as possible.

THIS IS YOUR FUTURE AT CROOZER
Your daily business
  • You will be responsible for all classic administrative and organisational commercial tasks in the HR department, including managing the time recording system and creating and maintaining personnel files and master data.
  • In addition, you will support the onboarding and offboarding process for employees.
  • You will be responsible for managing and maintaining company benefits such as company pension schemes, bicycle leasing and job tickets, etc.
  • You will prepare the monthly payroll statements and be responsible for the associated reporting and certification procedures.
  • You will be the point of contact for employees, social security institutions and authorities on all matters relating to income tax and social security law. 
  • You will be responsible for preparing evaluations and statistics for

payroll account reconciliation

  • You will provide support with evaluations and reports, as well as with social security audits
YOUR PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
  • You have completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification.
  • You have sufficient professional experience in human resources/payroll accounting, as well as in-depth knowledge of income tax and social security law.
  • We expect you to be confident in using DATEV Lohn und Gehalt software.
  • You enjoy working in a team, and accuracy and diligence are a must for you.
  • You always act reliably and responsibly with regard to the complete, correct and timely completion of your tasks.
  • You are open, committed and objective in your communication with colleagues, superiors and external partners.
