Your role

We’re looking for you – someone who enjoys communicating and takes genuine pleasure in helping others. You’ll be the point of contact for our specialist retailers and end customers, keeping a clear head even in stressful situations and finding solution-oriented answers. You’ll impress with your friendliness, customer-focused approach and structured way of working. You don’t just wait for enquiries to come in; you also actively pick up the phone, look after existing customer contacts and re-engage retailers and customers with an open, professional manner. For you, good customer service isn’t just a duty, but a real added value for customers and partners.

Your responsibilities

  • Providing support to specialist retailers and end customers via email and telephone
  • Proactively contacting and re-engaging retailers and customers by telephone
  • Handling and coordinating customer enquiries via various channels, marketplaces and digital service portals
  • Solution-oriented handling of service and complaints issues
    Providing support with product-related queries and customer concerns
  • Maintaining and processing customer data
  • Ensuring service-oriented and professional customer communication
  • Working closely with internal teams such as Purchasing, Logistics, Sales and Marketing
  • Providing support at trade fairs and events

You’re a Great Fit If You Bring:

Skills & Experience

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training.
  • You have some initial professional experience in service-oriented customer contact, consultancy and sales, and possess excellent communication skills.
  • You have a very good command of German and can express yourself effectively on the phone and in emails.
  • You have good IT skills, particularly with the MS Office suite; knowledge of a merchandise management system (SelectLine) and/or ticketing system is an advantage.
  • You have some experience in using CRM systems (Pipedrive).
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in handling and coordinating customer enquiries via various channels, marketplaces and digital service portals.
  • You are interested in participating in trade fair appearances.
  • Experience in the bicycle, baby or pet industry is an advantage.
  • You are keen to actively help shape and develop internal processes.
  • Knowledge of French is an advantage.
