CRM / Pipedrive Specialist (m/f/d)

This role is for you if you enjoy diving deep into data and see sales as something that should be precise, effective, and measurable.

What we are about

We introduced Pipedrive as our central CRM because we wanted to move away from gut feeling and individual opinions – towards clarity, transparency, and solid foundations for decision-making.

Now we are looking for someone who doesn’t just maintain Pipedrive, but turns it into a sharp tool for our sales team.

Your role

You are responsible for our CRM system Pipedrive in terms of content and expertise.
Your goal is to turn data into real sales performance.

  • You structure, analyze, and interpret our Pipedrive data (leads, deals, activities, conversions)
  • You identify patterns, weaknesses, and opportunities along our sales funnels
  • You analyze customer data and derive concrete, actionable sales impulses from it – regularly and transparently
  • You support Marketing, Sales, and Internal Sales in planning, prioritizing, and implementing activities
  • You ensure that goals are clearly defined and results are properly documented
  • You ensure high data quality, clear structures, and reliable maintenance processes
  • You help the team work better and more efficiently together, turning Pipedrive into an effective sales machine
  • You prepare data, results, and insights in a structured and comprehensible way for sales management
