What we expect from you:
  • You make our (new) products understandable and tangible
  • You accompany product launches from the initial presentation to everyday use
  • You explain functions, benefits, and special features in a way that people really understand
  • You think about content from the user's perspective, not from the perspective of features
  • You work with the feedback we receive from our customers
  • You read product reviews, comments, testimonials, and feedback
  • You respond to them with interest, immediately and honestly
  • You pick up on questions, praise, and criticism and turn them into new content
  • You develop communication across channels: social media, newsletters, websites, blogs, purchase reviews
  • You understand community management as a conversation—not as a defensive or obligatory exercise
