PAYMENT METHODS

With Croozer, you can pay for your orders conveniently and securely. To make this possible, we offer various payment options with no additional fees. Your data will be transferred via our secure payment gateway using SSL encryption.

PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL AND PAYPAL EXPRESS

At the end of the ordering process, you will be automatically redirected to PayPal. If you already have a PayPal account, you can log in and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can set up an account. PayPal will guide you quickly and easily through the account-opening process. Money can be easily added to a PayPal account via bank transfer or credit card. After confirmation of payment, the payment is usually received within a few minutes, and we can process your order directly.

Paying with PayPal Express is just as simple. This is a so-called two-click payment method: By clicking on the respective button in your shopping basket, you can proceed directly to PayPal without having to go through the entire check-out process. The billing and shipping addresses stored in your PayPal account will be used as your order data. After confirming your payment by clicking on the respective button in your PayPal account, you will be redirected back to the order overview page in the Croozer online shop. You can finalise the ordering process by confirming that you accept the terms and conditions and clicking on the “Place Order” button.

PAYMENT VIA AMAZON PAY

Simply login with your Amazon user data. When you pay with Amazon Pay, the shipping, address and payment information already stored in your Amazon Account will be used to complete your order quickly and securely.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

We accept Mastercard and VISA. In order to pay by credit card, you will need to enter your credit card number, your card’s expiry date and the three-digit security code (CVV or CVC). This information is entered at the end of the ordering process. We can begin processing your order for shipment right after your payment data has been entered and accepted. When you pay by credit card, your card is not charged until your order is shipped.

PAYMENT VIA BANK TRANSFER

With direct bank transfer by Giropay, Ideal, EPS and Bancontact, you pay securely and conveniently with your usual online banking data (PIN/TAN). It is required that your bank participates in this online payment procedure. By clicking “Continue”, you will be forwarded directly to your bank´s login.

PAYMENT VIA KLARNA

Klarna offers the following options: Pay now, pay later or slice it. Please choose one the payment options offered by Klarna. After clicking “Continue”, you will be redirected to Klarna or Sofort, a Klarna Group Company, to complete your purchase securely.

SHIPPING & SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping update: We are experiencing some minor shipping delays due to the current pandemic situation and the increased demand being placed on courier companies. Your understanding and patience is very much appreciated!

We ship Croozer products to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France. Most orders within Germany are shipped via DHL GoGreen - learn more about GoGreen on DHL’s website. For carbon-neutral shipping in other European coutries, we use DPD. You can read more on DPD’s website. We charge a flat shipping fee of €5 for orders shipped within Germany and €10 for orders shipped to Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands or France, regardless of the payment method, shipping address or number of items ordered. The shipping option “Shipment to Retailer” is only available for shipments within Germany. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the shipment details and a tracking number that you can use to track the status of the delivery online.

If you order your Croozer online, you can still count on expert support from your local retailer at any time. Use the Retailer Search to find a Croozer dealer in your area.
